The cross Bronx is one of the worst roads in the state. Unfortunately I need to drive this road at times and hate every second on it. I see road rage all the time on it so this doesn't surprise me at all that someone would shoot up another car.

Had a guy do that in Newburgh a few years ago. Intentionally crashed on the ramp to the Thruway, got out and jumped. Landed on the shoulder of 84.
