You don’t need a training course and a license to protests. What restrictions are there on protesting if you’re a democrat? Burning down cities? Nope. All rights are absolute. One however is not immune from the consequences of one’s actions. You absolutely have the 1st amendment right to tell fire in a crowded movie theater. If by doing so you are directly responsible for someone either getting injured or killed as a result of it then you should be held accountable.

I used to drive trucks and large farm tractors when I was that young. I remember I had to slide off the seat to push down on the clutch. My height was my own safety hazard, but I figured it out.
