The people complaining about the strikes "not being authorized" are just beclowning themselves. The war powers act has been the law of the land for 50 years. Congress specifically decided back then that POTUS has 60 days to get shit done before he needs permission. Until they change their mind about that, then all of these strikes *are* "congressionally authorized".
