the AG office is only pissed off because someone beat them at their own game AND the media reported on it.

forget where i read it but it covered the event in utica and had a statement that 99% of guns bought by the states program are legally owned, never involved in a crime firearm
most reported reason for selling to the state was most people turning in guns thought they were felons by just possessing the firearms and or had no idea where to sell inherited firearms
