Yeah, good luck with that. The implications and precedent it would set would be catastrophic for all industries. They should file suit against all departments and agencies that showed up and showed the world the cowardice of our LEO's. Of course SCOTUS already ruled on that and they are immune.
Except that sandy hook families sued Remington and Remington settled. That opened the door. Hopefully DD has better lawyers or bigger balls and fights back.

Yeah, opened the door to a settlement. Remington is in financial trouble anyway. They filed chapter 11 which would cover all debts and probably guaranteed the courts would grant chapter 11 status with an addition 73 million. I get the feeling they settled to secure the bankruptcy case.
