I think that if you look at the fact that he bought 55 guns in his last year on earth as compared to only purchasing only 29 firearms between 1982 and 2016, that he made about 100 accessories purchases in the same year (this is especially important if many of the accessories were bump stocks and if they were only bought in his last year), that his girlfriend had said he had changed regarding his behavior over the past year becoming distant and less than intimate with her(according to a report I read yesterday: Las Vegas shooter Paddock had child porn on computer, FBI investigating person of interest: sheriff), that he was into kiddie porn or at least that kiddie porn was on his computer (read that in the report yesterday), that he had (according to his girlfriend) scoped out the same room in the same hotel and had continuously gone from window to window looking down while doing so (read in report yesterday), that he had made two $50,000 transfers of cash to the Philippines for his girlfriend, AND MAYBE it all should have been indicative of behavior that could have set off bells and whistles (even nuclear attack type air raid sirens) that something of a very evil nature was festering inside this man's corrupted mind. So yeah, his buying 55 guns over the course of October 2016 through September 2017 may have been an important clue, when looked at with others, that he was soon to go berserk.

His emails that were just released that prove he was selling guns , every property he owned had weapons cashes. His emails described the weapons and bumpfire stocks, and plans to meet a buyer in Las Vegas. The fact that he had 23 weapons in his room and thousands of rounds of Ammo and had been there for days May lead a more astute person to suspect he was making a gun deal .

Yes, one could postulate that an astute person could arrive at the conclusion that it was a gun deal and then I would imagine, by a far stretch, also could conclude that the buyer must have been the person he was attempting to target in the crowd because the deal must have gone bad.

I suspect that he was making a gun deal based on the fact that he was selling guns and setting up a meeting to sell guns in Las Vegas and brought 23 weapons to his room . It begins to get blurry at this point. There are lot of un answered questions. He could have been targeting white hats for all we know. He may not even have been the shooter, the problem is that there is a complete lack of information to determine what happened in that room. Was he buying or was he selling? Were other people in his room or not? How many? Who were they? what time were they there? who was the last person to see him? His receipt was for two people , His cart outside the door had dishes and glasses for two people. The police have said they believe others were involved. His door key was used several times when he was known to be out of the hotel, What was he drilling in his room? there are no pictures of anything that was being drilled. The doors showed no drill marks. Swat team members said he had boxes of drills , Police pics show only one red harbor freight drill with a one inch paddle bit. Why did he bring a hammer to break out the window? How many people on the ground below heard the window break? what time did he break the window? Before he was drilling or after? the security guard heard drilling and then Paddock opened fire on him . Did he out the weapon down then and smash out the window or did he just fire through the glass? if he was protecting his girlfriend by sending her out of town , Why did he use her card for valet parking and leave it on the desk next to the note directly connecting her the crime scene? then use his own card to pay for the food?
There thousands of unanswered questions .The police have that information and 22,000 hours of video. There is only one legitimate reason I can think of as to why they wont provide more information . they suspect or know more people are involved in the crime.

Laws enacted due to singular events are ridiculous when the other 2,000,000+ gun purchases the previous year were uneventful.
Agree... It's befuddling that the kool-aid drinkers haven't jumped all over this yet and demand a limit on purchases!!!

What with the recent revelations about how dirty and down right seditious the FBI and DOJ have been and still are, I just don't believe any of the crap we have been fed. They never came clean on 'Fast and Furious' and they will never come clean with this one unless the cancer is rooted out, and even then we may never learn the truth, and you can throw in Sandy Hook as well.

The 115 gr Silvertip that penetrated 11 inches isn't enough. We need a 10 mm that penetrates 17 inches. Well you don't really need 17 inches. A .40 that does 13 is enough. You don't really need a .40. Let's go back to a 9mm that does 12 inches. Full circle. Then their ballistics manual says expansion is secondary if it doesn't penetrate enough.
Just use ball. It's worked for hundreds of years without issues fabricated by the FBI and still does to this day.
