Blueberry cobbler and my favorite, blueberry pancakes made in 1/4 inch of butter.
We also give pounds away, we have alot of blueberries

Very Nice. I gotta have one now in same black LOL.
Because of my love of cooking, I wanted to stay with a gas stove. Alot of professional chefs believe gas is the only way to go. They believe it is hotter, heats quicker and heats more evenly.
This ceramic stove really is great. It does everything a gas stove can do but its much easier to clean.
I think Id still go back to gas if I was allowed but the glass is much better than I thought it would be.

We have that same Dutch oven and type of stove. I can't stand those ranges. Would much rather have a gas range.

And gas can be used always, even during blackout or SHTF...
So can an electic if you have a 20kw generator.

Obviously, but my point is not having a generator if using gas for black out for SHTF
I've got an electric flat top. The wife really wanted it when we had to buy appliances when we bought the house. I hate it. It's way worse than I thought it was going to be. Clean up may be a bit easier, but cooking on gas is WAY better. It gets hotter faster and is easier to control the heat on. It also cools down quicker. I'll never buy another one.
The only two things I really care about are searing and simmering, it does both better than our last electric coil stove.
I still have my 6 burner Viking stove just waiting for this one to die.
We are moving on Tuesday, maybe the electric will have an accident.

I can definitely see that. Electric coil stoves are even worse. Are you getting rid of all that land or are you keeping it?
Its been in the family for generarions.
I have 2 nieces and 5 nephews so far, it will be theirs someday.
Until then......
My niece and her husband are taking over daily operation of the farm and Ill still have my practice there.
Im only moving 8 miles.
We arent sure of the end game but for now Ill live in PA but have 2 businesses in NY.

I actually removed one of those from a old house in Potter NY. The driveway led to front door, front door was the kitchen. The entire front was tore out, stove was chained up and dragged out in 4x4 to driveway LOL. Guy with flatbed and tow motor came, the tow motor rear wheels lifted up in air off the ground trying to pick it up. The dug basement under that stove was HUGE tree beams hatchet cut for joist etc... I bet you could NEVER put one of those in a new home with regular floor joist etc... To this day I'm not sure how it was ever removed from driveway, maybe bigger tow motor?

@Bushmaster @NY Leatherneck my great great gram on the Italian side had one like that .. was always like 120 F in the kitchen all year long ..
we have a old small combo gas and wood cooking stove / oven at the hunting cabin and still use it from time to time ..
