- (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, class “A” misdemeanor.
He will lose his rights to a CCP in NYS, was legal in Vt...........................drug charges are like........................why bother, he was not selling, just using, like most Democrats and College students.
