I just stumbled across this gem.
An idiot from Syracuse keyed a car in Florida because of a pro-Trump bumper sticker and got himself slapped with a felony charge for vandalism. (the cop mentions the guy is from Syracuse at 7:42 in the video)
I’m glad the damaged vehicle’s owner pressed charges. Causing over $1,000 of damage is a felony in Florida. Now he knows that.

I don't get it. I see cars with bumper stickers I don't like all the time. It has never occurred to me to do something like "key the car" because I didn't like it. I don't understand why people are assholes.

Because they were raised in a time when there were no repercussions for bad behavior, and now they think no one will touch them if they do something.

He's lucky he wasn't shot. Isn't Florida a little more pro-Constitution when it comes to someone messing with your property?

Richard Brothers of Cazenovia. He lawyered up, plead NG and was RoR-ed. Beat feet back to NY. Next hearing is on Tues 4/30. Pretty big gamble pleading NG when there is video of both the crime and him admitting guilt on bodycam. Seems like a slam-dunk for the prosecution, and the judge may not look kindly on this dipshit wasting the court's time.

Lawyer will tell the client to plead "not guilty" and plea bargain down the charges, or make them prove their case. (which shouldn't be too difficult)...what was that advise the Attorneys are always admonishing about shutting the fuck up?
Always amazed me the people that would come down to Florida on vacation and think they could do anything they liked only to find out they don't play that shit down there.

What he did would never be prosecuted in New England.

I never do bumper stickers. Or give any validation of any kind to aggressive drivers. It's not worth it.

I've never flown off the handle when confronted with an asshole, but I'm not taking chances.

But yes. I recognize if I ever encounter a violent situation it most likely will be on the road. I do my very best to stay out of the way. I pull right over if someone wants to pass me, even if I'm already doing 80. I don't need to prove my manhood.

But things can happen none the less.

As an example, last week a local driver going southbound was grazed by a bullet fired by a driver going north, who was aiming at another northbound vehicle.

#2: Only if he is convicted of a felony. Given his political bent, I would not be at all surprised if he is / has been voting in elections simultaneously in both FL and NY. Might be fun to look into that, and maybe nail his ass for election fraud. Calling Gus Petch!

Back in 2016, I had Trump Stickers on my vehicles and in fact I had one printed up...................DEMOCRATS FOR TRUMP..I still have a few left...I gave many away.

That annoyed many many people.

I had a small oval Trump sticker, from the T campaign, sent for a donation, on the back of my Mustang.

Some bearded college type in a small car, kept trying to run be off the road, on the t-way...... but I had the big engine and toyed with him after that...........just as he came at me I took off up to 100+...coasted down and did it again...........I would plug up the passing lane, as he tried to pass on the left and just take off.

They are psychopaths/sociopaths/communists

This guy will likely have to pay the full cost of the paint job, out of pocket as his auto/home ins will not........a guy who has a place in the Keys...needs to pay, and can pay.

Ironic, Keyed in the Keys.

HOW MANY OTHER CARS HAS HE DONE? HE HAD THE CONFIDENCE TO JUST DO THIS "ONE........................TOO MANY."
I hope they do an investigation in the area................ of keying incidents.


Apparently, quite wealthy, to boot.
