Village of Babylon prohibits sale of guns & ammo

The Village of Babylon recently passed a law prohibiting the sale of firearms and ammunition. If any village residents are interested in becoming plaintiffs in a lawsuit challenging the new ordinance, please have them send me their contact info, name, phone and e-mail.

My ex wife’s family is from Babylon. Not what I would have expected, lots of blue collar people there, and a lot more Trump voters than you’d expect.

However this article says it is restricting where gun stores can be and not banning them completely. You will need a special permit for the areas that are zoned for it. They will also continue to allow the bi-annual login show. I still don’t agree with it.

Likely not even on his radar but I hope the same. Keep in mind Trump can’t do a whole lot without congress and the house. I’d love to see him poke the bear on 2a and the law where everything federally is legal in all states pass. I’d love to see Hochul explode into a weeping, crying, sitting mess over it. The decisions she is making are simply moronic
