You just copy+pasted a definition that quite literally supports my argument that the terms are abstract and subjective. There is no "racist test." There is no "Nazi test." I can pull empirical data (budgets, revenues, civil asset forfeitures) that support my argument and make it virtually irrefutable. It's public information.

There is not a public database that logs racists or nazis, because it's subjective and cannot be measured. I can measure how many APCs my local PD has. I can measure how many fully automatic weapons they buy. Again, public information.

Why is this so difficult to convey?

How is "member of the national socialist party of germany" subjective?
Please feel free to provide that empirical data that makes it irrefutable that something that you cannot even explain the meaning of.

Police militarization means what it means...
A) Patrol man. Corporals, Sargent's, Lieutenants, Captains..Etc same as military ranks
B) Hardened "Police Station" fortresses and buildings, fences, camera's.
C) Many using FULL SWAT gear during everyday use, only thing missing are having to wear helmets full-time like combat soldiers
D) Mobile Command posts, and just off the battle field hardened vehicles.
E) 20 years of service equals a pension.

Not not here top bash police, we should realize, that when we moved on from the "Peace Officers" think Andy Griffith, to "LAW Enforcement"...like a dedicated Cuomo State Police agent, police and the rest of community have become disconnected.

Those ranks have existed for almost as long as modern policing has.
I take it you've never seen an NYPD precinct. Hardened is nowhere near the truth.
Define full swat gear? Outer vests? Rifles?
MCPs are quite useful for large events. It keeps the brass comfy and out of the elements, allows for multiple agencies to interact on a scene and easier transfer of information.

The distinction between Police Officer and Peace officer in NYS CPL goes back to 1951. Way before the "militarization" cries began.

Cop - person employed to enforce laws in a jurisdiction CANNOT personally buy a post 86 select fire weapon. Period.
Police agency - a law enforcement organization CAN legally buy a post 86 select fire weapon.
I can legally possess one, per 265.20, similar to members of the National Guard or MIlitary. I CANNOT personally purchase one.

37mm BECOMING a DD is again a federal restriction. You can legally purchase a 37mm launcher.

I'm pretty sure that the reasonableness of a no knock warrant is up to the issuing judge and the facts of the particular case.

So by some people abusing their 2A rights (Adam Lanza, Dylan Roof, et al.) you should lose your rights? Or should there be more reasonable restrictions to ensure that you don't commit crimes with them?

Police agency- unit of government that can purchase post 1986 select fire weapons.
Civilian- unit of the "people" that can not legally purchase or possess post 1986 select fire weapons.

I'm deeply distrubed that you just compared no-knock raids to a constitutional right. The government does not have the constitutional right to execute a no-knock raid. I have the constitutional right to arm myself. The only "reasonable restriction" on no-knock raids is to not have them at all. 4A doesn't make exceptions for people suspected of violent crimes. They are still entitled to due process and current practices mutilate 4A at best.

I have tried to reiterate several times that I respect LEO's and everyone here. I have no intentions of mud slinging. Honestly it's not even the officers I have a problem with. It's the government that rules over them and uses them as an extension of their power.

Again, for the purpose of this discussion "cop" includes all the stuff you guys only do as part of the job. Nobody is complaining that you have an MRAP in your driveway at home.

You guys can walk around with 37mm launchers full of CS, beanbags, and pepper rounds. Lately it seems like you need them. But that would get me 10yrs in club fed. The fact that I can have the launcher with flares and smoke only is irrelevant.

The unreasonableness and rubber stamp for no-knocks is evident in the number of them issued.

Crime is way down from the days before they existed, yet the number of them has increased exponentially. Somebody is obviously rubber stamping a lot of them.

And equating this to personal RKBA is irrelevant. We are not talking about individuals. We are talking about the government.

The government has proven it cannot use these responsibly. Therefore the people can't trust it to use them at all.
