You just copy+pasted a definition that quite literally supports my argument that the terms are abstract and subjective. There is no "racist test." There is no "Nazi test." I can pull empirical data (budgets, revenues, civil asset forfeitures) that support my argument and make it virtually irrefutable. It's public information.
There is not a public database that logs racists or nazis, because it's subjective and cannot be measured. I can measure how many APCs my local PD has. I can measure how many fully automatic weapons they buy. Again, public information.
