Virginia Gun Law Found UNCONSTITUTIONAL...In the end they will just rewrite the same gun law .. With a minor tweak

You cannot buy a gun in Va without a 4473/NICS check.............that still stands....that 18 year olds can theoretically buy handguns in Va, is moot, as you have to be age 21 to buy a handgun.
Clarification will probably be changing the Va handgun purchase law to age 21, from age 18.
Oh well.
NICS is constitutional and legal.............keeps ANTIFA from arming itself too easily.

NICS is constitutional and legal... Until a set of real Justices get on the Bench and agree that is a clear violation of our Rights.
So we have Kings? I don't see that in the Constitution. is it? Seems like a add on.

This is interesting I’d be curious to see how they try to get around this. Anything they do will put 18-21 year olds at a disadvantage unless they make their own background check system up and allow 18-21 year olds to proceed with a pistol purchase and require everyone to have a background check then.
