You can’t fire some one for having a pistol permit. If that’s the real reason they fired her or she can prove it. Doubtful she can prove it or that was the actual reason she was fired though.
I believe Virginia is one of those States that an employee can basically be fired for anything except Civil Rights Violations.
Pistol Permit holders are not on that list. I really don't think this is the reason she was fired. She seems to make many poor choices in life,

I've googled her story, found her Facebook and don't know what bad choices she's made in life.
Even her boyfriend has a clean criminal record according to one article.
This is an example of why I support unions.

Fired for JUST having a license, first action is to go to twitter and rage dump for attention.... not buying it. I'd have been smiling my way to the lawyers office the second I hit the sidewalk.
