Received it brand new in box. Sight was way off and red dot was about 30 degrees off axis upwards. Maybe these reddots were damaged during shipment? I noted that the PSA return policy excludes optics but there is a lifetime guarantee on this item and almost everyhing Vortex sells. No fuss, no muss, shiping label included for the return. At least I saved some dough at he expense of being without the Venom for maybe 2 weeks. Not a big issue right now but we will see...

I had to send one back also, no issue at all. They wanted just the red-dot I made a mistake of also sending it back with the rubber cover witch I should have kept as I know I will lose or forget at the range someday..
