gotcha, makes sense then. So do they make you break out the wallet again for that too?

Its been 8 years so honestly I dont remember. But Id say no. You get your picture taken and all that jazz. I think they only make you pay for prints by the hand not finger

i received a very unprofessional email from the county clerk after emailing her and I understand now of what was being said in the post
