"Officers located a loaded .22 caliber rifle inside the truck along with drug paraphernalia. He was charged as a result with criminal trespass, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of drugs, all as misdemeanors."
So confused here. This guy gets a bunch of misdemeanors but the schmuck from Rosendale gets a $15k cash bail or $30k bail bond.
