Just as many conservatives flee blue states and take their conservative votes with them to a place it will matter like Carolinas, TN, FL etc.

My parents recently moved to SC and are happily voting for conservative candidates so yes, they brought their values with them.

TX is screwed for an entirely different reason because there have been (literally not hyperbole) millions of illegals into that state for decades and have gradually been shifting the state blue to get the free stuff. The 250,000 California residents that moved to TX are the least of their problems.

Actually, tech is coming to TX and taking liberal values with it due to this, largely, turning the centers of the state blue:

Who will advance in the workforce . Not saying all black folk are of this mind set. Most are good workers .. That few that aren't will convey the attitude for the rest of the population. .. Look at Asians .. In school always top of the class in most schools. Are they smarter .. Some perhaps ... but many spend 30-40 % more time studying than every one else.. "what you got a 90 on a test " Why you show the world how stupid you are and bring shame on this family ... Next time 100 %.. . I had an Asian wife folks ... I know what I am talking about. Perception that all are smarter is the key..

I think politics is absolutely in a feedback loop with any sort of culture, and is largely helping to craft it by being the equivalent of an echo chamber.
