"While the polls are open no person shall do any electioneering within the polling place, or in any public street, within a one hundred foot radial measured from the entrances designated by the inspectors of election, to such polling place or within such distance in any place in a public manner; and no political banner, button, poster or placard shall be allowed in or upon the polling place or within such one hundred foot radial."

Although it's worth noting that the term "electioneering" isn't defined in the law. Showing your support for a candidate isn't the same as trying to persuade someone to vote for a candidate.

And the prohibition against taking selfies with ballots was challenged in the last couple of years. I believe it was stated that you can't take a selfie with a completed ballot.

Always has been illegal. Has to do with electioneering within 100 feet of a polling location. Whether it's enforced or not is a different story. There's a guy I know here in town who is VERY Pro-Life. Every election day he wears shirts and hats with Pro-Life slogans on it. To my knowledge he's never been turned away. Then again, I suppose he's not wearing any candidate's paraphernalia.

In some locations, they may even complain about a red cap or shirt. Somehow, this cap has encited a couple humorous (for me anyway) encounters with brainwashed idiots who see red when they see red.

One should not excuse Their bad behavior by pointing out the bad behavior Of others. Everything in those photos was illegal If done near a polling place. However we had a arsonist in the whitehouse at the time and they didn’t do anything about it.

I don't consider wearing a tee shirt or hat of who you are voting for while you are just going about your civic duty bad behaviour. Not the same as standing outside a polling station in an intimidating fashion.

Electioneering: the activity of trying to persuade people to vote for a particular political party.

I get it is illegal. Again, I just think it is ridiculous. Like I mentioned, if I am going to vote for Trump and I happen to see someone doing nothing other than wearing a hat or a shirt pro Biden, for the life of me I can't see how that would persuade me to vote Biden lol.

Attempting to persuade voters is the very core of the 1st Amendment.

I can see making it illegal to interfere with the operation of the polling place, but mere speech should not be.
