Probably. But what a waste of money. There's so many bad gun laws to fight, now this shit just adds another to the pile.
I personally don't care either way about the stocks but I take serious issue with another alphabet soup agency re-interpreting settled law to suit political whims and agendas.
Abide by the letter of the law or break the law, You're screwed either way. It just usually takes a bit longer to receive your screwing when you follow settled law.

I too could not care less about the goofy bump stock but these types of laws lead to more chipping.
The antis see that their propaganda is working, so the double down.
Most of the times an anti gunner gives up the fight is because they dont get anywhere with all their bitching and whining.
This just may reinvigorate some that have given up.
Trump and the NRA see this as them looking willing to compromise on gun saftey.
With no push back, they will compromise again.....and again.....and again.

The only people who can right law is congress.. the only people who can rule on law are the people and panels of judges. This shit needs to stop yesterday.
