Unfortunately Congress is so corrupt that WV. v EPA can make things worse and give these administrative bodies even more power, especially on the state level.

Just look at how NYSPRA v Bruen turned out for us. It was an obvious win but the state has basically fucked all us law abiding citizens as an act of vengeance and spat on the decision of SCOTUS.

When there is no oversight on elected officials to do the right thing then what hope is there.

I do not know the first thing about law or legal precedent but this is how I interpret that YT video.

They have nearly unlimited power as long as government officials have immunity from lawsuits for their malfeasance.

They can just keep violating your rights and when it is finally struck down they can just say "oops, how about if we do it this way instead ?"
