As for Prop one, if passed, doesn't supersede or add to the protections clause in the 14th amendment. It's utter nonsense. A kin to reaffirming the freedom of speech. All it does, when passed, will give the NY courts a reason for ignoring the U.S. Constitution and kick any case involving men in women sports to SCOTUS. A political play.
That is what it is intended to do and nothing more. An administrative court relief mechanism for a political end game.
