I had my fingerprint appointment on February 14th and today I received the letter saying my permit was approved! Monday I will go pick up my permit.

@Celt it didnt specify, but I figure Sportsman because thats what I applied for. It just says " Your pistol permit application was approved and is now ready for you to pick up." The. It goes on about two $10 fees.
I was under the impression that I was supposed to receive a letter from the Judge, is this incorrect? Once when I spoke to the Clerks office they told me that. Regardless im happy as hell lol.

Congrats! Half the sh*t the people in the clerks office say doesn't apply or doesn't make sense. They don't know what they're talking about. They're paper shufflers. I once emailed the pistol permit division at ... CC-PistolPermits@WestchesterGov.com.... to get some clarification about carrying on state land...I was told to call the county police. Uh, what?!
