They talk about the 60 votes needed to break a filibuster rule. What we really need is the Republicans to stand up and get rid of the filibuster rule. Although I don't think they ever will because that would mean they would actually have to take action. Now they can simply try to blame the Democrats for a lack of any action being taken and they think they get off the hook this way.
