What Deer gun are you choosing to use this year?

What gun are using for Deer hunting this year....Can't decide I've been going between a 1899 Savage 30-30 (made in 1904) my great great Gramps used and a newly built FUAC AR in 7.62x39...decisions decisions.

I,m bringing my Ruger 77/357 rifle back to New Yorkistan to use this year, I have a Browning BAR in 30-06 and an older Marlin 336 all ready back there. I'd like to take a deer with the 357 rifle.

My first time ever hunting with a modern center fire rifle. I don't know what its called anymore but, Its 6.8, its black, its scary, its light, its handy, its fun to shoot, and accurate as all get out! Oh yeah, it doesn't load from the muzzle, but you do have to go through some weird contortions to get ammo into it.

I will be using a Remington 700 in .308 topped with a 4-12x Leupold VX-R scope shooting Federal loaded Nosler Partitions. There probably isn't much of a need for a picture of this rifle.

If anything decides to walk in within 50 yards or so, I will be using this bad boy. It is a Ruger Super Redhawks in 44 mag topped with a Leupold 2x scope.
