Deprimed and resized a bunch of 12ga from a class I took last month. Got through around 200, still have at least that to go.
Oh yeah! Nice and bright, tons of potential. Question, when using those two machines on the left, do you just slide the whole bench over or move the presses?Did alot. Never really got my reloading setup where I wanted it when I started. It grew and morphed and got out of control. Finally had enough.
My original setup was just inside the garage door. Too busy an area. Too much wind in the summer and way too much moisture in the winter with snow melting off the vehicles. Just a rough setup. Planning on building another bench or two, one incorporating the file / storage cabinets (thanks @Tinman). Building the original bench on wheels was a choice I'm glad I made. Unplug it and move it to it's new home in 12 seconds.

I'm going to be rolling it over shortly. Wasn't an issue when it was in its old home. Going to have to make some small adjustments.Oh yeah! Nice and bright, tons of potential. Question, when using those two machines on the left, do you just slide the whole bench over or move the presses?
Reason I ask is I made a bench and underestimated the space I needed/liked.
Is that a toaster oven near the red tumbler? Do you cast and powder coat?
I was wondering, so close to the wall. That was one of my mistakes, no elbow room!I'm going to be rolling it over shortly. Wasn't an issue when it was in its old home. Going to have to make some small adjustments.
The beauty of wheels. I'll most likely slide it down and build the new sister bench for next to the window.I was wondering, so close to the wall. That was one of my mistakes, no elbow room!
Nice work, thumbs up!One more day off before back to the grind. Swung by Harbor Freight for more casters, additional electrical supplies, and lighting.
Tip # 1: My local Ace Hardware blew Lowe's out of the water on the carriage bolts I needed for the casters. Lowe's was almost TRIPLE on the bolts, nuts, and washers........not to mention they are supporters of our constitutional rights.
2 x 4 framework on (4) 3" casters. 3/4" MDF countertop core with 3/4 Brazillian Cherry hardwood (still had more leftover from an old flooring job) for the top. Walnut edging.
Tip # 2: Remember to sand all edges of freshly ripped / planed hardwood. I went to tuck one of the file cabinets under the shelf and my thumb got brushed between the cabinet and the bottom of the countertop edge. Laid me open instantly. Hoping I don't need stitches.
Too soon!!!!Nice work, thumbs up!

If I didn't recess them it would be too high. Already a little high as it is.I like the flooring countertop, looks great. I really like the counter sunk casters! That seems to change the whole look of the bench.
