What happened to SAFE challenge

Feb 28th was supposed to be a date in Court..Attorney Jim Ostrowski vs NY on the S.A.F.E act.

Anyone hear/know anything relevent??

Oral arguments were heard not that long ago. Waiting on a decision from the 2nd Circuit.
