It's a cultural revolution propagated by wealthy elite bankers and corporations. The Oligarchy who seek to subjugate (enslave) the entire worlds population for their amusement and wealth gain. A diseased mindset wrapped up in multiple layers of mental disorders.
An entire population of the next generation has to be reset. Maybe two generations. But they will not stop until they consume us and then themselves ultimately. There is a little peace in knowing that this is just history repeating. A cycle that shows clearly how flawed humans really are.

The only question then becomes how many would follow such an order. Some, certainly, but far from all I think.
Over the last 4 year and Obama's term the military was purged of the people that would do the right thing.
I was one of them, I left when Obama took office. I could see the new policies coming down and who they were targeting.
I might have to run in 2032. That is assuming Vance does not win in 2028.

I've read this document since it was published and all the changes since. It pertains to intelligence gathering that may end up in the use of deadly force. It provides a chain of procedures that didn't exist and accountable couldn't be established. That changes with the new addition and directives.
If you believe that after all the illegal activities this Govt has perpetrated on the citizens of America that it suddenly needs to put it in writing to ensure you are ok with it, you're mistaken. A pvt will not ask for the DOD authorization from above his chain of command. Be that 20 years ago or tomorrow.

Well if the cards are played right, Vance runs as president with trump as vice president for 2 terms. That gives us an additional eight years. Then trumps son runs for 2 terms as president. That gives another 8 years. So all told a potential 20 years of eradicating dirty commies and restoring the country.

I have been wondering lately what war smells like. Not a modern war, but more like Gettysburg a few days into the fighting.

Because, yes, as you said I think it's inevitable. I think the tentacles of this parasitic evil cancer are too engrained to be destroyed without killing the patient as well. I don't think it's possible to return to 1950s sane, rational, good and just America. We are never getting that back in its current form we can only hope to slow down the decay and spiral into the abyss. It's only going to get worse with AI and advanced algorithms Being used for evil purposes to subjecte the citizens without us even realizing we are being taken advantage of. It's not a stretch of the imagination to see what these famous totalitarian dystopian books tried to warn us we were destined for (1984, atlas Shrugged, brave new world, fahrenheit 451 etc) because in many ways we are witnessing how it starts with our own eyes yet we are being told not to believe what we are seeing and we're just paranoid

Some towns have a smell related to its core industry. Battle Creek MI smells like burnt fruity Pebbles, Gilroy CA reeks of garlic. I grew up in a tannery town so I am all to familiar with the smell of rotting flesh in summer. The only thing worse is a Mexican rendering plant.

I think that has been the trend for the last 50 yrs. The Repubs win, put things on track, we all go to sleep the next election cycle and the Dems win again by getting more voters out. I dont recall a cycle where we had more than 2 terms before the other side gets back in. I dont count on more than 8 yrs with one party.

Could post a dozen different scenarios, some grounded and based upon historical significance, or go full retard and fantasize about some dreamt up Utopia of a Republic and how things might be smoking a lot of that stuff!
But I'll just drop this and then move on...
The longest Republic type Gov't to survive lasted approx 500 years. We are halfway thru that shelf life. Might be an accelerated death due to contemporary circumstance like the industrial age, technology, etc. But change happens typically slowly... A boiling undercurrent barely perceptible until it boils over. The question is whether or not those forces are boiling things enough to create the environment for things to boil over. And it isn't a simple question, looking at history! But if you look and examine these forces, currents, the simple answer is no, not now, not yet. We are experiencing some, and though certainly not enough. People for the majority are still happy going to work making their pennies and going how enjoying their reality TV eating a take out dinner! Things are tough, sure, but they're not breaking people enough to cause any complete societal breakdown as some would propose.
So sit back and relax, prepare for anything and expect nothing! Enjoy life and stop trying to figure things out, there's bigger fish to fry!

I agree for the most part except it is much accelerated from just 8 years ago. My children were lucky enough to have graduated a HS that has gone full retard the last 4 years. Barely now escaping undergrad programs. Heading out into a woke work place of DEI.

Ehh, the president can only fuck up so many things on their own unless they have the house and senate. If the opposite party gains a super majority in both chambers of congress the president becomes irrelevant.

My 4 year outlook is only very slightly different today than it was yesterday.
We have a 4 year reprieve.
This was my response earlier in this thread....
Trump will in fact win on the 5th.
He will slow down the degrade of the US for the 1st two years before we see anything really meaningful. His last two years, things will grow and get better for the majority of us.
In four years, JD Vance will run at the top of the ticket with Tulsi as his running mate.
The Dems will nominate Newsome of California and Vance will win. He will continue down the correct path making America Great.
He will win re-election eight years from now. We will have 12 years of peace and greatness. We will all look back at our present day comments and laugh.
I will be using this as my prediction to a Vance term in 2028....

I hope you are right, but as I've said all along, Vance hasnt convinced me that he's not just another swamp rat. He appears to check all the right boxes, but to me he comes off too squeaky clean, like he's been groomed, remains to be seen who's doing the grooming.

I heard that some democrats are pushing for AOC to run and they feel she has the nomination locked up already. I think it’s because many voted for her and Trump because they see her and him as a Washington outsider. The way I look at it is she is as dumb and inarticulate as Harris is but way farther left so if the rightward shift continues then good luck.
