If I have a fixed mag ar in NY can I have a telescoping stock on it? Does the flash hider need to be permanently attached?
Drop in auto sear, full auto conversionWhat's a DIAS? So a fixed mag AR with a non welded or pinned flash hider and adjustable stock is good to go?
So where do I turn in my full auto suppressed 30 round bump stock AR? Does Cuomo have a drop box?
Is the Franklin Armory Reformation RS7 good to go? There’s no rifling on the upper barrel or is that another grey area?
Lmao I just wanted to know the legality of it. Knowing Cuomo he would’ve found a way to make this illegal.Good or not I wouldn't want one. Who wants to throw 1800 FPS knuckleballs?

So hypothetically if you have one.... in NY.....Atf just did a whole new ruling saying they are nfa items iirc

Seems like a good idea, oh well seems like a cool toy but would suck for those who have it.You wouldn't want to be advertising it on the internet.
The one I was looking at seem to have a VFG on it but I’m assuming that it all falls under this new ATF reclassification. ATF could suck a fat one. Are they authorized to legally change or redefine a law? Or even make up a law?ATF: The Franklin Armory Reformation Reclassified As A Non-NFA SBS
The Franklin Armory Reformation reclassified as a 'GCA/SBS' will have an impact on the sale and interstate transportation of the firearm by current owners.www.thefirearmblog.com
Probably Phil Niekro back in the day.Good or not I wouldn't want one. Who wants to throw 1800 FPS knuckleballs?

Wait till they get around to the shockwaves and tac 13/14’s. Nothing motivates the man like cash money and eventually they’ll realize their loosing 2 benjies every time one sells.Seems like a good idea, oh well seems like a cool toy but would suck for those who have it.
How about a fixed mag with 11" barrel which is just a bit longer than mid-length gas tube? Does this become a pistol?
Rollie Fingers?
And who was the other guy?

Basically, a compliant rifle is a full-send on the other fun shit we're allowed to have. Mine has a tele stock, pistol grip, and foregrip. I've been told by numerous LE friends that compliant is good enough to pretty much every cop out there (as far as the law is concerned, and they don't feel like dealing w/ it).

It sounds like you are using "compliant" to mean fixed mag, because a fixed mag lets you use all that other stuff. However, a detachable magazine featureless (no pistol grip, fixed-stock, no foregrip, no muzzle device) build is usually called a "compliant" AR, too. "Fixed mag" and "featureless" are both subsets of "compliant".
As a side note: always check your local laws. For example, in Rochester, with a fixed-mag, you still can't have a flash hider/suppressor and you still need 5-round mags.
Luckily I don't live in the city. I know what it means. My build complies with the law as it is written.
What method of fixed mag did you use?Basically, a compliant rifle is a full-send on the other fun shit we're allowed to have. Mine has a tele stock, pistol grip, and foregrip.
