Yea, there has to be an emotional attachment to make it worth it.

Most of the "get the state to give back the guns they never should have taken" are "you can pay be $10k to get back $5k worth of guns for you if you really want".

And the state counts on that. Because it works.

The process *is* the punishment.

Good guy, but still not a 2A lawyer. Him and the Tresmonds were a disaster trying to tackle SAFE. Thats like me hiring a brain surgeon to do my heart transplant because he knows his way around the operating room.
