After Dissing ICE Agents, Los Angeles Dodgers Pledge $1 Million to Help Illegal Aliens With “Direct Financial Assistance for Families of Immigrants Impacted by Recent Events in the Region”
After going public with blocking federal immigration enforcement agents from using a Dodger Stadium parking lot for staging Thursday morning, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced Friday evening the team is pledging $1 million to help families of illegal aliens “impacted by recent events in the region.” The ‘recent events’ are the Trump administration enforcing immigration laws in southern California.Note that the first response by the Dodgers is not pledging to help the owners and workers whose business were hurt by the pro-illegal immigration rioters and the curfew imposed by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D).
