Which new york county easiest to get permit?

Ive heard good things about Livingston County. Im Onatario County and usual NY 18 mo or so. but ive heard as little as 6 mo from some people in Livingston which is "across the street" from me!!

It was six here forty years ago, don't know now, but they are still very user friendly.

My father got his in Ontario County just a few months ago. His wait was 18 months.
A buddy of mine in Livingston County turned in his application right after Christmas. It's already on the judge's desk.
