Whats really bad is enacting unconstitutional laws that illegally punish assholes for being just that! From what I have read cumo has a temper that makes that asshole look like a rank amateur, but then, like all cratts, he would get a pass

I’m guessing that many here support this since they have no issue with red flags being served due to arguments with a woman in the home.

And, he is a drug peddler.

Alcohol is a drug and that makes him a thug.

Curious to see part two of this whole matter. If the father has security cameras I'd like to see what started the situation with the employee. She definitely set the bait and the kid took it .. I'll bet she is attorneyed up and looking to sue the old man.. the kid is an ass but she is most likely a snake too..

lets clear something up here. Anyone that does business with the public needs to understand, emotion is a killer of business. it's very hard to remove emotion from the equation, but it must be done. You CAN NOT get mad at every little thing that goes wrong. ESPECIALLY with employees. ALL employees AND CUSTOMERS are, at some point, assholes, all of us. This is why Im am self-employed, I do not play well with others. Especially lazy and stupid people.

People skills are of absolute paramount when it comes to managing employees and the public. Yes, you can get frustrated, you can even get furious, you just CAN NOT get frustrated and furious in front of people. Go out back, go in the basement and beat the shit out of a box or break a bunch of shit, THEN return to the floor a calmer person and try and salvage whatever situation you got yourself into.

My prediction is, Daddy is going to retire and this kid is going to run that business straight into the ground. Because no one will want to work for him. And he will just end up taking cash from the drawer and not reporting it. Daddy should either sell the business to someone with a brain, or just close up shop and walk away

the local news just reported the father was found dead in his home. They said it was not suspicious but no further details at this time.. A very sucky end to the mans life..

News is breaking that the courts ordered that he could not have his guns back for one year. His pistol permit was permanently suspended also.

Authorities were dispatched to the home Michael shared with his son, Jason DeShane, around noon. The 911 website shows a report of a stabbing or gunshot at the residence at 12:11 p.m.

Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol says the cause of death is pending an autopsy, but at this time it does not seem suspicious.

Police seized 80 guns from the home last week after a temporary Extreme Risk Protection Order was served to both Jason and Michael under New York state's 'red flag' law.
