Though Twitter will fact-check the president's opinions, this disinformation apparently didn't merit any similar such fact-check.

On the ground reports came out just hours after the shooting claiming the gunman was a homeless man named Steven Lopez who was apparently kicked out of the park.

I wasn't quoting what might make sense ... But if you check most demographic statistical databases, that's how it is. Some consider it as a separate "race" but even middle easterners are "White"... So are "Non-Black"...

And for all matters and purposes, the Hispanic and Latino are lumped together, this population is added to the "Whites" in order to inflate the "Non-Black" Statistics. Otherwise it would be a problem to show the propensity or inclination of one particular demographic that is prone to lawlessness.
