I have zero doubt in the Trump administration but Hochul and Co. happily ignore the constitution and the Supreme Court. Unless he is willing to MAKE them comply I don’t see anything changing.

Problem is she's only 1/3 of the power structure required to pass legislation and each can blame the other two, then comes the issue of States Rights which can be challenged under the Supremacy Clause

SCOTUS has already ruled on the states rights part of that.

And the legislators can pass what they want, SCOTUS's ruling is specifically about the enforcement of the law. Continuing to enforce it is contempt.

There are lots of blatantly unconstitutional laws still on the books, but SCOTUS has ruled that you can't enforce them, and as long as the executive branch doesn't try, then all is well.

In theory SCOTUS could hold any police officer or district attorney who attempts to enforce one of those laws in contempt top. They won't, but they could.

How long do you think that law would last after the 1st cop went to prison for make an unlawful arrest over it.

Even her turd has an eyebrow!!!! That`s how i knew it was HER! She can`t even hide behind a piece of sh!t, we`ll find her every time.
I thought it was pretty nice of the photographer to take her picture while on the sidewalk. I guess there IS some nice folk still out there.
