Why can’t I find slugs??

Just bought some sabbot for $1.66 (if my math is correct) per round. Gonna fucking throw up. Bought 10 boxes of 5 for $9 a pop.

If you bought sabot slugs, that's not a bad price.

Pre scamdemic, I paid more than that for Hornady SST sabots

The ones I use, last I looked, were approaching $20 for a box of 5.

I use Lightfield hybreds and they were about that as well.

If you have any 20ga I'd take them. Hell, I'll take 12s too.

and if you do find them, good luck affording them. Sabot slugs cost damn near as much as a .50 BMG round these days. It's ridiculous. It's a big reason I want to switch over to rifle.

Years ago a bought a Hastings rifled barrel for my Ithaca, yes those sabots are expensive. When shotgun zones went rifle I went with a 77/44. Slug gun in rifle form. A lot lighter too.
