Not sure about Wisconsin but there isn't a lot off difference with the upper third of the lower peninsula and the Upper, as a matter of fact the have elk and an elk hunt in the upper part of the glove. The lower part by me and south (Midland area) has that Timothy McVeigh crazy militia craziness about them. I haven't felt comfortable here sense coming in October 2013. Something just a little off around here, can't put my finger on it. All I can tell you I carry EVERYWHERE down here! However, I would live and move north of me and in the U.P. tomorrow, but can't wait to get out of here!
