At first I almost thought she was going to shoot the guy I am assuming was her husband but to me it looks like she took good care of her man. Then it seems she could not get rid of the gun fast enough.

This article says she fired a few times Lucknow: Brave wife scares away husband's attackers with gun, watch video. This video (believe me watch it without sound unless you understand the lingo) is somewhat longer and shows the husband possibly firing down at someone as well though I am not sure on that point.

Each article I have read gets better, this one says the husband also fired and gives the motive for the attack - a dispute over rent: Woman Opens Fire in Lucknow to Save Her Husband From Stick Weilding Men. It also reports no one was injured by the shots.
