The beginning of Trumps victory speech makes me a little uneasy about whether or not he will follow through on his promise to prosecute Hillary. I'm hoping he just said what he said in the victory speech so as not to be a soar winner.

I'm willing to guess the operations of the Clinton Foundation occurred in several state jurisdictions also. NY would never prosecute, but others might. Additionally, logic would dictate that pardon cannot be granted for crimes undiscovered.

I don't think trump will put a special prosecutor for her and he can use comey's last "exoneration" as an out. I am okay with it because the democrats are in deep personal pain today and it isn't helpful to pile on. The best punishment she could ever receive for her emails happened last night.

That's emails. As for clinton foundation, my hope is he summarily fires lynch (her meeting on the tarmac alone makes her professional conduct inexusable). I do not believe obama will preemptively pardon her now because it would affect his legacy even worse. He already went out on a limb and endorsed somebody who lost. He owes her nothing now.

She has a long trail of dead bodies following her. She (and all involved) needs to be prosecuted.
