Electricity as the only energy source affords the best means of exerting control. They intend to abandon the NG utility through attrition. At some future point having gas anything will be a moot point because it won't be delivered.
If NG is so horrible, why then have so many buses and utility vehicles been converted to NG over the past 2 decades?

Funny but from what I heard on a podcast is that the research paper they are using to justify this says they do not know if electric stove are any better since they have not tested them but they do not feel they will be since the pollution is from what and how you’re cooking. For instance oils and heavy fats cooked produce more smoke and will if using gas or electric.

Starting February 1st, Whorchul has 29 days to change over the Natural gas systems at the Governor's mansion and at her home in Buffalo to all electric. She must show the state and the country what she is doing, why she did it AND AT WHAT COST.
If she is unwilling, unable or makes excuses as to why she can not do these things, this conversation is over, period, end of story, STFU and go away.

If electric is so perfect and wonderful then why haven’t all government buildings been converted over to electric only? Why haven’t all government vehicle been replaced with electric vehicles? For the most part all buses, police cars, DOT vehicles drive the same route / patrol everyday and return to a home base where they sit overnight until the next day. In addition police cars, ambulances and fire trucks can sit idling for long periods of time. By switching to electric you eliminate those emissions from sitting and idling. Electric would be perfect for law enforcement as they can approach a building or suspect quietly with no engine noise. What about state aircraft? Wouldn’t it be a good example to have electric only planes and helicopters for our governor, senators, congressmen and president to use? With all the flying they do think of the emissions saved, plus it sets a good example for the public to see!
therefore I motion that the government should only use electric vehicles to show us citizens how amazing and perfect they are, and to drastically cut emissions! Once they have done that then us citizens can start to consider going all electric.
otherwise they can shut the fuck up or else we can get our pitchforks ready.
