Police identify woman killed in 7-Eleven shooting in Cheektowaga
Police said Hannah Morse, 23, was a store employee and did not know the alleged shooter. The DA calls it "an alleged total random senseless act of violence."

It's only murder, why have bail?bail waived I guess
Wrong. He charged him with his car. No pistol was involved.Holy cow, path through my neighborhood. Last year there was an armed incident French Road at Union at the Dollar Store. Neighboring business owner with a pistol permit broke it off.
Strange that a middle of PA tv station picked this up, didn't see it on local news yesterday at all.
If he was armed, forcing employees in the back, no doubt I would shoot as soon as he turned around. Consequences be damned. Point a gun at me, and you get what's coming.Hearing more about this story, the guy has no relation to the woman he shot, and it wasn't a robbery. He ordered the employees into the back room. What would you do in that situation? Would you try to hold the person at gunpoint if possible? I can see that going bad when the first cop shows up. You had better have someone on the phone letting the responding cars know you are there holding someone at gunpoint. Would you be quick to shoot and have to undergo the scrutiny of the DA replaying the tape in slow motion 100 times and second guessing your decision? A very difficult situation to be in for sure.
Yes the DA said it was.I'm hearing rumors shotgun was used.
