I have a rough cut stock I need finished. It needs sanding, in-letting, and finishing. Can ANYONE recommend a WoodSmith/Gunsmith?

If you want in-letting you need the services of a good gunsmith. I'm sure others can finish the stock just fine but without proper in-letting and bedding accuracy will suffer.

Unfortunately, been there done that. It didn’t go well, to say the least. This is for a rare Sako Finnwolf, stocks are not cheap (even if you could find them).

The sanding and finishing is easy. The inletting is something you're going to want to have done by a gunsmith or at least someone with an end mill.

You know whiskey wood isn't as hard as the others you mentioned. It does last a long time so it's considered very durable.
