This is a complete drop in chassis that is compatible with AICS mags with no additional gunsmithing. The entire thing is machined from solid 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, and is easily installed by the user. It also comes with a XLR QD sling mount. I had my R700 in this for several years. It has a few marks and light scratches from general use but is in otherwise good condition. I no longer have the original box or paperwork. Included by not pictured are the two XLR action screws.
