They may try. They may succeed. But at what cost? When I was in NY I was found of saying a confiscating agency would need at least 12 agents before kicking in my door as the SKS holds ten rounds and has one bayonet, so the 12th would certainly get me. However since moving to PA I have upgraded.......... considerably, I think now we are at 61 agents needed.

On November 14, 2013 at about 4 a.m., the victim, Kenneth Dearden, woke up with a pain on the left side of his head. He was taken to the hospital where it was determined he had been shot. He underwent surgery to remove a .22 caliber bullet from his jaw.​
