So from what I was able to gather about the Young VS Hawaii case when the 9th circuit court ruled Open Carry a right (and legal in their jurisdiction) that Hawaii has until September 14th 2018 to challenge the ruling with en banc.
Well today is that day and I dont see or hear anything about it.
So am I missing anything, has anyone heard any updates, or is it possible that they are going to take the loss and avoid the over turn which would lead to an appeal which would then go to the Supreme court?
