Their site, their rules. A restaurant can kick you out for not wearing a shirt... Same applies in this case.

You can always post your videos to Parler or whatever if they don't meet YouTube's TOS.

i don't get unsolicited ads at a restaurant when holding the menu .. or fact checks on my order if its heathy or not ..

But if the restaurant decided to do that it would be their choice to do so. They legally could put ads in their menu or have their waiter deliver a sponsored message, etc. Your remedy is to go elsewhere.

I support private property rights. I really do.

Unfortunately YouTube waived their right to be a private platform when they became so big they are quite literally the ONLY platform of their type that is widely accessed by citizens. At this point, it is a public forum.

Either these companies stop fact-checking and censoring every post even remotely political, or they lose their sec. 230 protections. Period.
