Everyone else (as in half of americans and 100% of non-americans) sees it. Since taking office trump has tirelessly shat on every relationship with American allies, from its closest (Canada--which it has just begun a pointless trade war with), to Europe. Vance was in Europe--while actively being invaded by Russia--telling it that its greatest risk is from within. Meanwhile trump, a guy who dodged military service by complaining of bone spurs, has the gall to criticize a person who the entire western world lauds as anything but a coward (when kyiv was looking to topple in Feb/22 he refused to leave).
Kremlin has just publicly stated that the US' foreign policy is now aligned with their own. Trump refuses to condemn russia for invading, and somehow has convinced his most ardent supporters to criticize a country for daring to defend itself. This thread is like jackals fighting over road kill. The glee people are taking in mockery of a guy who is only trying to defend his country from invasion by russians (what the actual fuck, republicans--since when are you okay with that?) is really something to behold.

I'd love for somebody to be able to explain to me why Putin is such a monster, but people like Xi in China get no criticism.
The relationship between Russia and Ukraine is much more complicated than Putin's a mean monster that invaded. Up until recently there were the same country. After the separation the ukrainians had no problem with the terrorist incursions they were doing into Russia. No problem with provoking Russia by trying to become a part of NATO. Ukraine's hands aren't clean in this mess. I'm old enough to remember when Obama supported Ukraine so much that he sent them a bunch of blankets and bed sheets to hold off Russia instead of guns and bombs.
Regarding Israel and Gaza, the situation is nowhere near the same as with Russia and Ukraine. The Palestinians are a bunch of dirt eating goat fornicators. They have demonstrated again and again and again that they won't be satisfied until Israel is gone. How do you expect Israel as their neighbor to put up with that? How do you expect Israel to deal with the terrorist incursion that killed thousands of their citizens?
Putin isn't as much of a monster as the media portrays him, and the Palestinians aren't good guys.

Only a shallow thinker believes willingness to have dialogue with Putin makes one weak or a Putin lackey. Zelenskyy well he got what he asked for when he showed up with an attitude and thought he could strong arm trump in front of the media. He was the one who decided to derail the already agreed upon deal. But hey let’s just keep funding a loosing battle and watch thousands more die for a lost cause. For the record - I have been against Ukraine since like page 1 of the Donbas thread.
Fuck Ukraine. If they can't defend their own country with their own men and treasure, they aren't the rightful people to control it.
I really don't give a shit what happens over there as long as I don't have to pay for it. Since I am paying for it (up until recently), Trump just needs to end it under whatever terms are most favorable to the U.S.A.
