I just ordered 500 rounds of .45 and Hogue grips for a 1911. I don't own a 1911 nor even a .45. Why therefore would I do such a thing?

Seems kinda long. Dutchess you're in and out fast. Their turn around time is like a week, maybe two max. Sometimes less.

Did the clerk say why it was being held up?

got the interview with the judge dec 17, permit was ready jan 11 or so, bought a ruger jan 16 went for the amendment jan 17 , now feb 14 ,,, nothing yet,, albany county.

Really? How would you describe the motives of: child groomers, child rapists, globalists, eugenicists, abortionists, communists, serial killers, murderers, etc.? I think that evil entered the world with the biblical fall of man and is very real and not abstract at all. It's visible in our daily lives.
