Start with the people in the DOJ that are empowering this and the rest will fall in place.

I'm not talking about firing then. Their union can't protect them from felony indictments.

Right now there are a boatload of "go along get along" middle management types that are scared to go after the criminals in charge.

We need them to be either gone, or more scared of not going after them.
