So it seems, of all days, I cannot locate if Lee will be in Chili NY and the above links aren't working. Can someone confirm he is still holding a rally there before 6:30 pm tonight?

heil hochul likes to rule by Executive Order and the criminal "Emergency" they created.
All Zeldin would need to do is turn the tables.
"Due to the increasing numbers of gun violence affecting the State of New York, and the gun violence emergency declared by the previous administration, I am hear-by declaring the S.A.F.E. Act and C.C.I.A unenforceable so law-abiding citizens can defend themselves as our Founders intended."

Driving around I noticed a bunch of Lee Zeldin yard signs up today. That's something new.
They all seemed to pop up today.


The only Hochul sign I have seen is one with a slash over Hochul's name.
You know the banned sign. A red circle with a diagonal slash through it.

If only he could get rid of the CCIA, he can’t since it’s a law now and the legislature needs to be involved. If we get the AG’s office as well we could have a weak defense in court or they could direct police not to enforce it, but Zeldin alone can’t make it go away.

I don’t support emergency orders like this. If he does this hochul or some one like her could do it the other way and declare NYS an emergency gun free zone and we need to confiscate them all.

"It is not fair to the NY taxpayers to waste their money defending a law that is obviously going to be struck down when it gets to SCOTUS. I am going to redirect any funds used for that to an effort to root out public corruption instead. ..."

NY stops showing up in court when there's a lawsuit against gun control.

Most would count a Zeldin win as an upset, yet Kathy as incumbent in a deep blue state calls herself the underdog. The only thing that makes someone with such an advantage an underdog is piss-poor performance.
