Here are a few questions I can't answer....Don't these "nonprofit", 501-C3 entities who receive these illegal funds all of a sudden become "for profit"? Shouldn't they lose their exempt status and/or be shut down completely? Aren't they required to pay back taxes? How about interest and penalties based on those profits? Shouldn't their administration be subjected to legal action against them personally? Aren't those officers exposed to the same laws as the rest of us? Even as a corporation, I can't personally circumvent tax laws.

The judge's only job is to determine if it is legal or not. They aren't legislators. Their job isn't to be an arbiter of what is "good" or "fair" only what is legal.
